Helen Battersby has contributed strategic conceptual thinking and clear, meaningful words for branding, print and digital media; and for industries as diverse as hospitality and graphic design, real estate and education, professional services and not for profit.

In the process, she has earned writing awards from the International Association of Business Communicators and participated in scores of award-winning designs, recognized by the Advertising and Design Club of Canada, The American Institute of Graphic Arts, Communication Arts, and the Design Effectiveness Awards. Her work is in the collection of the Royal Ontario Museum.

Helen holds an Honours B.A. in Fine Arts from York University and is an alumna of the Humber School for Writers. Her poetry has appeared in Descant Magazine.
