Since 1992, Helen has helped the luxury hospitality leader stay two steps ahead of imitators. For the first six years, she was sole writer for all hotel, resort and residence club marketing, then trained a team of writers and editors to be the voice of Four Seasons.
Projects include print and digital marketing tools for over 75 hotels and resorts, and assignments from a hardcover brand story to the first major update to the website. She continues as a lead writer for new properties around the globe.
